Stop plan emails without closing a warranty
Use this page to remove an address from marketing and reminder mail. Service messages about an open request, a payment, or a change to an active agreement may still be sent because they relate to the contract, not the newsletter.
Enter the same address that receives the messages. Optional notes help us see whether the mail was too frequent or no longer useful. After you check the confirmation box and submit, the address is marked for removal on this device. A representative follows up only if the form asks for contact.
If you also want to cancel a home warranty plan, say so in the note. Cancellation of coverage follows the terms agreement and is separate from this list.
