Resolving your home warranty questions with expertise
RaiseUp Happy exists so households can buy a home warranty they can actually read. We describe systems, appliances, service fees, and exclusions before the agreement starts. When something covered breaks, the member writes to us and we coordinate the next step in the contract.
We are a plan desk, not a general contractor. Repair work is performed by qualified trades selected for the request. The agreement, not a sales conversation, decides what is paid.
The Coverage Home
We group heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and water heaters so a household can see the bones of the house on one page.

Each schedule names the item, the failure types that qualify, the service fee, and the dollar limit for that term.

After a request is accepted, we assign a trade visit and send status notes until the covered work is finished or a limit is reached.

Four steps from question to covered repair
Choose
Compare Silver, Golden, and Platinum. Match the list to the equipment already installed.
Agree
Review the term, fees, and exclusions. Coverage begins on the date written in the agreement.
Request
Email the item, the symptom, and photos. We confirm whether it is listed before a visit is set.
Repair
A trade diagnoses the failure. Covered repairs or replacements follow the limits in the plan.
Why households pick a written warranty
Major appliances and central systems fail on their own schedule. A warranty does not stop that, but it can turn a surprise invoice into a known service fee when the failure is covered.
Members keep maintenance duties. Filters, drains, and visible leaks still belong to the household. The plan responds when a listed item breaks despite ordinary care.
If you are comparing plans, start with the systems you cannot easily replace from savings, then add the kitchen or laundry package if those appliances are older.
