Kitchen package
Refrigerator, range, oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and garbage disposal when they are listed and fail from normal use.
Laundry package
Washer and dryer coverage for mechanical and electrical failures described in the laundry schedule.
What a service visit includes
A request is reviewed against the plan. If the item is covered, a technician diagnoses the failure. The member pays the service fee shown in the agreement for that visit. Covered parts and labor are then handled up to the item limit. If diagnosis shows the problem is excluded, the member is told before extra work begins.
We do not promise same-day arrival. Timing depends on parts, trade availability, and the details you send. Emergency safety issues, such as active flooding or a burning smell, should be handled by local emergency services first. Write to us after the home is safe if you believe the item is covered.
