This privacy policy describes how RaiseUp Happy handles information when you visit raiseuphappy.com, ask about a home warranty plan, subscribe to emails, or hold a member agreement. We wrote it in plain language so you can see what a coverage desk needs and what it does not take. Contact hello@raiseuphappy.com with privacy questions.

1. Who we are
RaiseUp Happy provides home warranty plans for residential systems and appliances and publishes this website. For privacy requests about the site or a plan, email hello@raiseuphappy.com. We do not ask you to send a telephone number or a street address through the public forms on this website. If a plan agreement later needs a service location so a technician can attend, that detail is collected in the member process, not on these marketing forms.
2. Information you give us
Contact and plan forms ask for your first name, email address, the package you are considering, and a message. The subscribe form asks for your name, email address, and which notes you want. The unsubscribe form asks for the email address to remove and an optional reason. You choose what to type in the message field. Please do not include payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information in a website form.
If you become a member, the agreement process may also include the home's equipment list, plan selections, request history, technician findings, and billing status for the plan fee and service fees. That member file is used to administer the contract.
3. Information collected on the website
The pages you open are static files. The forms do not send data to a RaiseUp Happy server. Validation runs in your browser. When a form is accepted, it shows a thank-you message on the page and does not transmit the fields. If you prefer to reach a person, use the published email addresses. Messages you send by email are received like any other email.
Your browser may store ordinary technical data such as the address of the page, the time of the visit, and a cookie set by your own browser settings. We do not require an account to read the site. Fonts may be loaded from a font host, which receives your IP address as part of delivering those files. Social share links open the sharing service you choose. That service's own policy applies once you leave this site.
4. How we use information
When you email us, we use the message to answer a coverage question, prepare a plan, open or update a service request, send a renewal note you asked for, or fix a problem you reported. We use subscription details only to send the types of mail you selected. We use unsubscribe details to stop that mail. We do not use website content to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
Member information is used to confirm that an item is listed, to coordinate a trade, to apply fees and limits, to detect fraud, and to keep the records the agreement requires. We may review past requests to see whether a new failure is related to an earlier visit.
5. Legal reasons for processing
We process inquiry emails because you asked us to respond. We process member data because it is needed to perform the warranty agreement and to keep required records. We send marketing email only when you opt in on the subscribe form or another clear consent. You may withdraw that consent on the unsubscribe page. We may also keep a short record that you unsubscribed so we do not add you again by mistake.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share member details with a technician or parts supplier only as needed to complete a covered request, and only the details that person needs, such as the item, the symptom, and the access instructions in the member file. We may share information with a payment processor if you pay a plan fee, with a professional adviser under a duty of confidence, or with a public authority if the law requires it.
If the business that operates the plans is transferred, member and inquiry records may move with it so the agreements can continue. The recipient would be required to use them for the same purposes. Website share buttons do not give us your social profile. They only open a share window for the page address.
7. Email and unsubscribe
Marketing messages are optional. Each one should be recognizable as RaiseUp Happy mail and should point you to the unsubscribe page. Service messages about an open request, a failed payment, or a change to an active agreement are part of the contract and may continue after you unsubscribe from tips. If you want both marketing and the plan itself to stop, unsubscribe and also request cancellation under the terms.
Please keep your email address current. If a message bounces, we may stop sending marketing to that address. We will not ask you, by email, for a password or a card number. If a message claims to be RaiseUp Happy and asks for those, do not reply. Write to hello@raiseuphappy.com from an address you trust.
8. Cookies and similar tools
This static website does not set advertising cookies and does not run a tracking pixel of its own. A cookie may be placed by your browser as part of normal operation, or by the font host when fonts load. You can block third-party cookies in your browser. The site will still be readable. Share links are ordinary links. They do not run until you choose them.
9. Retention
Emails you send us are kept long enough to answer them and to keep a record of what was promised. Member records are kept for the term of the plan and for a further period needed for limits, disputes, refunds, and accounting. Unsubscribe records are kept so the suppression remains in force. When a retention period ends, we delete or de-identify the record unless a law requires a longer hold.
Because the public forms do not transmit data, the copy you type exists in your browser until you leave or refresh the page after a successful check. Clearing the page clears that copy.
10. Security
We limit access to member email and plan files to people who administer coverage. You should also protect your side of the conversation. Use a private device when you discuss a request, and do not forward plan messages to people who should not see the equipment list. No method of email is perfectly secure. Do not send card numbers by email.
11. Children
The plans and this website are meant for adults who can enter a service contract for a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child sent us a message, email hello@raiseuphappy.com and we will delete it.
12. Your choices and requests
You may ask what member information we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete inquiry mail that we no longer need. You may object to marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe page. Some records cannot be deleted while a plan is active or while a dispute, refund, or legal hold is open. We will explain any refusal.
To make a request, email hello@raiseuphappy.com from the address connected to the plan or the inquiry. We may ask you to confirm that the address is yours before we change a file. We will not ask you to mail copies of identity documents to a street address because we do not publish one for this site.
13. International visitors
The website can be read from many places. If you email us, your message is handled by the coverage desk that operates the plans. Do not include information you are not comfortable sending by email. Plan eligibility is described in the terms and in the agreement you accept, not by a visitor's location alone.
14. Links
Pages may link to social sharing tools. Those sites are not operated by RaiseUp Happy. Read their policies before you sign in or post. A link is not an endorsement of that service.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the plans change. The new version will show a new date at the top. If a change materially affects member data, we will also send a note to the email on the active agreement. The policy posted here applies to website visits. The notice in your agreement applies to the member file if the two differ.
16. How to contact us
Email hello@raiseuphappy.com for privacy requests and general questions. Email care@raiseuphappy.com for an open coverage request. Write "Privacy" in the subject line so the message is sorted correctly. We reply by email on business days. We do not provide a telephone number or a postal address on this website.
