Appliance protection
Refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and built-in microwaves can be listed on appliance plans when they fail from ordinary use.
Home warranty coverage
RaiseUp Happy plans are built for the systems and appliances that keep a home running. When a covered item fails from normal use, you send a request and we coordinate the repair path described in your plan.
About us
A home warranty is a service contract. It lists the items that can be repaired or replaced when they break down from normal wear, and it explains the request steps, service fees, and limits. RaiseUp Happy writes those details in plain language so members know what the plan is for before they need it.
Coverage can include heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical systems, water heaters, and kitchen or laundry appliances. Each plan has its own list. Items that fail because of improper installation, lack of maintenance, or events outside normal use are described in the exclusions.
What we cover
Plans focus on the equipment people rely on every week. A request starts with the covered item, the symptom, and the plan number.
Refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and built-in microwaves can be listed on appliance plans when they fail from ordinary use.
Central heating and cooling equipment is covered according to the system plan, including diagnosis of a covered breakdown.
Leaks and stoppages inside the home's plumbing lines can be requested when the plan lists plumbing and the cause is a covered failure.
Panels, wiring, and outlets described in the electrical section are eligible for a service request after a covered malfunction.

Our projects
These stories show the kinds of homes and systems members ask us to help with. Each outcome follows the plan that was in force at the time.
A refrigerator stopped cooling. The plan listed the appliance, so the request moved to diagnosis and a covered repair.
A central cooling unit failed during a warm week. Coverage applied to the listed system after the service fee was confirmed.
A supply line leak inside the home was documented and handled under the plumbing section of the member's plan.
Outlets on one circuit failed. The visit confirmed a covered electrical fault and the repair stayed within plan limits.
Members write to the desk with the plan number, the item, and what changed. We reply with the next step, the service fee, and whether the item is listed.

A useful warranty is one you can read on an ordinary evening. Members mention clear lists, email updates, and visits that matched the request they sent.

I sent the model details by email. The reply listed the service fee, the covered parts, and the visit window. That was the whole process.

From the coverage desk
It pays for covered repairs or replacements after a listed item fails from normal use. It does not maintain the home for you.
List the brand, age, and location of each appliance. If it is not on the schedule, it is not covered.
Plan number, item name, what it stopped doing, and any error code. Photos of the item help the desk route the visit.
